The money raised from the Jog-a-thon will provide field trips, special assemblies, artists in residence, and so much more! The Jaguar Jog-a-thon also encourages activity and a community spirit at BV.
The Jog-a-Thon is a school day event, where students will walk, jog, or run laps around the Sheldon High School track with their classmates for 20 minutes. Prior to the event, students seek out per-lap pledges or flat-amount donations. When students, classes, and the school as a whole hit fundraising goals, they earn prizes and rewards! Donations raised at this event will help fund annual teacher supply budgets, educational enrichment activities, PE equipment and special school events.
Please help by sponsoring this student. You may make a lump sum donation or a pledge by number of laps (each lap is approx. 1/4 of a mile). Kids will run for 20 minutes. We predict a 4 - lap average for most kids; there is no limit on the number of laps. Don’t forget the online donation option below!
Money must be turned in on or before May 23rd, 2023. By returning this envelope, no matter the amount of money collected, the student will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the many exciting prizes.
